Shipping and Return Policy

We roast all coffees to order, and ship Mondays - Fridays excluding holidays. Your coffee will be shipped out as soon as it has been roasted, usually within 2 business days of receipt of your order. We encourage you to order early during our busy winter holiday season!

We offer you the choice of shipping via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS.
 
USPS claims that Priority Mail packages will arrive 2-5 postal days after they are shipped.
FedEx and UPS options will allow you to choose a delivery date within 1 - 5 days of shipping.  Please be aware that FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery and UPS Ground may take as long as 5 shipping days to arrive.
 
FREE HOME DELIVERY within 97203, 97211 and 97217 Zip Codes. Just select "Will Call" as your preferred shipping method and if your shipping address is within 97203, 97211 or 97217 Zip Codes we'll deliver your coffee order to your home or business for FREE.
ORDERING DEADLINES - If we receive your home delivery order by Monday at 9:00 am, we will deliver your order Wednesday morning. If your order arrives after that time, it will either be available for picking up at our shop or will be delivered the following Wednesday.



St. Johns Coffee Roasters will ship all orders promptly and in accordance with the shipping schedule as stated above.  We are happy to assist you with tracking your package to ensure you receive the freshest possible coffee, however exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed by St. Johns Coffee Roasters as they are the sole responsibility of your chosen shipper.
