The new doors are in!!!!!!!

The big news this week is that the doors are FINALLY in!!!! After all the work trying to get the new space operational, it seems a bit anti-climatic while at the same time feeling pretty euphoric.
A few finishing touches remain but the biggest part is complete.
These doors have been the plan for at least four years. The light coming through the windows in the late afternoon is absolutely splendid. I'm anxious to get the paper off the windows so we can experience the full effect.
And it's nice to have the large opening sealed up so the heat can stay in the space. It feels quite decadent to be able to go around without multiple layers of clothing on.
The shop seems to be getting busier by the day. More and more folks are discovering we're here after smelling the aroma of fresh roasted coffees.
On Tuesday, the PSU BOP Business Acceleration group held their monthly meeting in the shop. It was a great event on a beautiful day. It really made me appreciate our large windows.
Tonight we're participating in the St. Johns, "Night on the Town" event. Many local merchants have extended hours and specials to get the holiday season started.
We will be here at the shop until 8 pm and are extending our "Grumpy Hour" to coincide with that. We'll be offering $.50 off any coffee beverage from 5 - 8 pm so come on in for some fresh roasted organic and fair trade coffee as well as a nice assortment of pastries and bagels.
I spent a long day roasting yesterday in preparation so the shelves are stocked with the complete selection of coffees.
And, I'll be roasting again on Monday so if you need coffee for the Thanksgiving weekend, we've got you covered.
Our regular business hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday - 6:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Saturday - 8:00 am - 5 pm.
Sunday - Closed
Thank you for your continued support. We are very proud of the new space and our increased ability to provide some of the best coffee ever.
Please keep posted via our Facebook page and come visit us.
A very happy Thanksgiving to everyone and keep the coffee flowing,
Mount and crew
